Regarding Theocide's Banning (cornelius aka ben)

Just so this is perfectly clear to anyone and everyone, Theocide was banned for posting an image of Weed without her consent and violated her privacy. As stated in the Forum Rules, we value your privacy greatly here, and do our best to protect it.

Regardless of how you feel about the situation or whether or not you think his banning was justified, it's permanent. Theocide is not coming back, and although he has stated his intent to me to attempt to do so, I have put measures in place to ensure that he does not do so. In addition, I have warned him that any attempt to use another member's account (with or without their consent) to post or view the forum will force me to enact those measures to ensure that he is no longer welcome on the forums ever again.

Be advised that anyone allowing Theocide to use his or her account to access WATMM will be banned, and the measures I outlined to Theocide will be enacted, so please think carefully before you engage in any misguided loyalty to him. I dislike having to take such steps, but email exchanges between Theo and myself have indicated that I need to go to such extremes to ensure that some semblance of order and fairness be maintained here for the better of our online community.

If you disagree with any of the above and wish to no longer participate on the forums, please PM me and I will suspend your account permanently as to avoid account abuse.

In addition, there will be no more threads regarding this matter other than this one, and I expect the rest of you to please follow suit and not create any more posts regarding the matter. Violators will have the posts/threads removed, and suspension and possible banning will occur for those choosing to violate this mandate.

This thread will remain open for civil discussion of the matter, or any questions you might have. And no, I'm not going to mention what 'measures' I'm referring to - I play my cards close to my chest, so don't bother asking.

It was a combination of all those things... the image was basically the last straw.

No, can't see that happening after what's been said and transpired. Wheras Alzado was a pain in the ass but harmless, Theocide brought much more vitrol and hatred on here towards almost everyone. He really should have been banned 9 years ago with the whole "I have AIDS" fiasco. People were pissed at him then, as they are now.

Not the point, really - sure, she could say it's not her, but then the burden of proof is put on her to show that it's not, which basically leads up to slander.
