FUCK YOU DUDE he has never made a bad movie. Death Proof was still awesome even though it wasn't on the level of awesome of kill bill 1 and 2 and pulp fiction..

Yeah the footage in the trailer is pretty low-key. Maybe Tarantino is going low-key.

Who knows how much they have shot yet, though.

maybe its just the trailer. really trying to pump the awesome tarantino image and kind of getting it wrong. cos i was totally up for a sick ww2 movie by qt but that trailer does look kind of.. hmmmmmm...

the last Tarantino I saw was Jackie Brown - though I did watch the entirety of Kill Bill 2 without sound as an in-flight movie - but it seems to me like he's getting increasingly juvenile as he ages. The signs were there in his earlier films too, but at least they had the benefit of shock value and a "never seen that before" hipness. He seems to have become so tame...what could be more vanilla than beating on everyone's favorite bad guys, the Nazis...oh look, it's Hitler flipping out like Kruschev, how droll...sigh...

Just watched this the other night:

Makes me laugh everytime.

By the way, Morricone is the fucking man. If there's anybody who can deliver the music for a Tarantino film, it's gonna be him. There's nothing subtle about what he does.
