Do I melt some roquefort on the burgers? I'm afraid it might be too salty with the bacon or just generally overwhelming. On the other hand it could be an exhilirating experience. They're just regular beef burgers with some spices, I'll be using petit pains as buns. Beverage: beer. Roquefort? I need your guidance watmm. Thanks for giving me that little push, abusivegeorge. You owe it to yourself to try some roquefort assegai, with some nice crusty bread and some wine. Sometimes I get tears in my eyes on a sunny late afternoon when I bite into some roquefort because I'm so happy and know that it will be a good night. You can actually feel your brain releasing opiates when it hits your tongue. Fuck yes. There's also the feeling of being completely saturated with fat. But it was worth it.
