why do i have to log back in everytime i leave the site?

started yesterday, i think. everytime i navigate away from watmm i have to log back in when i return, even if i haven't closed my browser in the meantime. happens on both my work and home computer. not that it's a big deal, just wondering if it's something with my setting or if other people are having the same problem.

i have a prob starting today that when i come to watmm there are "623 new posts", when i click on it i get the "admin has enable flood control". i can only get to new topics by going to an already existing topic on the index under the subforums, and then going to the new posts link.

but I will tell you what's fucking annoying -- I used to be able to edit posts, delete posts and lock threads. Where the hell did those abilities go?
