My aunt got me buckfast for Christmas last year. I was complaining that I was hard to get in London. Change the Mayfair for GV and this would have been perfect.

so what are "20 Mayfair"? and do i assume skins to be condoms (given this was for valentines day most likely) or are they cigarette papers?

lol condoms, no they are as you second guessed, cigarette papers.... and Mayfair are a brand (a cheap one) of cigarettes . so the whole purpose of the cigarettes and papers is to enable the rolling of joints.

20 mayfair are broken twigs and old hard bits of dung sold as cheap cigs
