Software for Mobile Phones

Has anyone tried making music this way? is there anything out there worth trying? thanks

iphone/ipod touch has some great stuff, beatmaker and noise.io being the standout apps.

as for 'normal' phones, i haven't come across anything decent yet.

I bought TouchOSC last night for 2 bucks, that is amazing. Basically makes my iPhone a Lemur.

I use iTalk quite a bit when I don't have my H2 Zoom around.

i've got noise.io for my iphone....never use it though.

you could always write it on the cell phone, on every cell phone, just use the editor, i guess it's pretty easy for someone who already writes music in the normal notation...

hmmm seems to be quite a bit for the iPhone but not Nokia (Symbian) phones

quite.

the quality, even just from the phone mic, is pretty great. the method of getting the wav files off of the phone is really clever.
