Very limited appeal i know

Found this at the weekend and its been a joy destroying my childhood playing shit games that I thought I loved. But Jet Set Willy and Chaos are as good as they ever were. Speccy.

i used to have a superb speccy emu on my pc before it crashed. now i have a different one on my laptop but vista doesnt like it and it gets all upset so i never use it, which is hard because my long term goal in life is to complete Pyramid - the most addictive computer game ive ever played (with the probable exception of centipede).

so hats off to you dirty p

hell yeah. we used to play 4 brothers taking turns and we had joypads (which seems out of place in my memory) and we'd get blisters so we'd put our sleeves over our thumbs and we'd wear holes in our clothes. those were th fucking days. saturdays spent playing spectrum and watching a-team. makes me a little emotional. how gay.

it is THE most confusing game i have ever played

spectrum game of zoids was great too. also spindizzy, dan dare, saboteur (although too easy).

False. Multiport games sucked on the Spectrum. Good spectrum games needed some love from the writer and when they worked had a fluidity C64 could never come close too. Notable exceptions being Boulderdash and Pastfinder, anyone that hasnt played Pastfinder on the 64 should, it gives me a sex wee.

Mention to Valhalla for having the first computer meme i was aware of in 'rape Mary'.

I wasted a lot of hours on the Mastertonic darts game, Dan Dare and Saboteur. I'll never be a complete man tho, knowing ive never completed Underwurlde.
