Only recently discovered how amazing this is! Beats all other panel games on either radio or tv, the limerick rounds are particularly great. Anyone ever listened? Totally worthwhile. Humph lyttleton was a genius.

possibly, haven't heard old tunes in years, sounds plausible.

I'm a big Radio4 fan - I really enjoy talk based radio, I find it very relaxing....much better than TV imo...anyway, yeah I like I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue - very funny.

doesnt the shipping forecast have some cult following or something :P

yeah, the shipping forecast is awesome - they always play this really old watery maritime tune before it....it's not good or anything, but if you're listening to Radio 4 late at night with the lights off it's kind of soothing and conjures up images of rolling swells and the ocean under the stars...then the actual forecast comes on and nobody on land has any idea of what it means. but it's all very evocative and elemental.

snap, these are well worth getting on CD too.

Basically any of the comedy at 6:30 is quality, Ed Reardon's Week being my favourite "author, pipe smoker, consummate fare-dodger and master of the abusive e-mail"
