Guest e440hz
i want to love it! i hear great review of it! i actually like the onboard sounds! but what the fuck is up with the manual? am i st00pid? i might need to spend more time on it, but it breaks my heart sometimes and then i feel hate bubbling up inside of me. :compares rm1x to korg esx-1: why?!?! why does it do silly random things and make simple stuff harder?? (like not allow me to modify more then 1 measure at a time... or change my track voices!) :/ Edited February 20, 2009 by e440hz Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/42833-why-do-i-hate-my-yamaha-rm1x/ Share on other sites

Guest emef
i had an rmx1 for a while, i found it very hard to get on with much prefer pc production, i've got and esx too now and that is very easy to operate Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/42833-why-do-i-hate-my-yamaha-rm1x/#findComment-956869 Share on other sites
Guest covenant
I have one RM1X for about a week. It's an outstanding machine. Great sequencer, and I also really like it's sounds. Has a pretty big learning curve, but it's a great tool, and a great way to take out the PC from any live act. ascdi
i hate my rm1x because the sequencer is needlessly complicated and the sounds are really bad. i mean, it has a lot of "good" sounds but the actual sound of the machine is squishy and weak. YEK
it's fun. i liked the sounds.. you can get deep. but it's just too loopy for me and it could have used with a nicer operating sytem and perhaps better sequencing, multitracking would be cool and if you could jam on it while recirding like play a beat and change it while the rest is still running alot of stuff it could be, it's better than most sequencers out there and it's rather cheap so no need to complain really. of course i sold mmine...... get an mpc or comuter software, get computer software Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide YEK's signature Hide all signatures Reveal hidden contents !:/music Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/42833-why-do-i-hate-my-yamaha-rm1x/#findComment-957280 Share on other sites
