why do I hate my Yamaha Rm1x?

Recommended Posts

i want to love it!

i hear great review of it!

i actually like the onboard sounds!

but what the fuck is up with the manual? am i st00pid?

i might need to spend more time on it, but it breaks my heart sometimes and then i feel hate bubbling up inside of me.

:compares rm1x to korg esx-1:

why?!?!

why does it do silly random things and make simple stuff harder?? (like not allow me to modify more then 1 measure at a time... or change my track voices!)

:/

i hate my rm1x because the sequencer is needlessly complicated and the sounds are really bad. i mean, it has a lot of "good" sounds but the actual sound of the machine is squishy and weak.

it's fun. i liked the sounds.. you can get deep. but it's just too loopy for me and it could have used with a nicer operating sytem and perhaps better sequencing, multitracking would be cool and if you could jam on it while recirding like play a beat and change it while the rest is still running

alot of stuff it could be, it's better than most sequencers out there and it's rather cheap so no need to complain really. of course i sold mmine...... get an mpc or comuter software, get computer software
