looking for a location on earth

im looking for a specific location on earth so me and ET can move to it and live. we want it to look like the way it does in north america at around 6 - 7 am in the winter, which is just when the sky looks blue/purple and is glowing. we think that if we go up north enough somewhere in canada we can get somewhere where it looks like this most of the day. think when people go to alaska and live in darkness or light for long periods of time, except we want an area of almost constant sky glow
