The uk has it coming up at the end of the month it will make things 100% better cos we'll have more light.

it really is fucking pointless though. i mean, why not just not change the clocks. there's still 24 fucking hours in the day, you don't gain shit. what an immense pile of crap.

i will set fire to my watch in fromt of Parliament in protest against this pointless nonsense.

all I ever wanted was to pick apart the day and put the pieces back together my way

As history goes it was to allow for people to start work earlier in the morning and make the most of the hours in the summer time because it was mostly farming and stuff and that was the time of the year that was most important. And i guess its just stuck.

Yup its just depressing getting home from work in the dark

I can't wait for the summertime!

The only thing I don't like about it are the bugs, makes it hard to watch tv/play games, and the birds start singing at 4 am...

yeah i know that old tale, but you don't need to arbitrarily change what we call an hour to be able to make the most of it. why not just get up earlier, or whatever? are farmers not capable of that? aaagh, it's pointless

That happened to me last year.

...except I knew about it and just lied to sleep an extra hour.

this was the first time losing an hour actually help me being that I'm workin the night shift... 2am rolled about and boom 3am! awesome! I better get paid for that hour

im averaging about 20 mins of daylight a day now, im turning into an effin vampire

it was dark at 5:30 yesterday, now 6:30 today...spring skiing will be sicknasty, and summer is nearly here! Just have to get through shitty spring...
