My wireless connection has been dropping at approximately 11:18pm for the last few days, so I am setting up a LAN cable through the wall and I am going to deactivate the router's antenna. By the way my neighbors a few floors below are asian.

I will wager to bet most, if not all of you have Netgear routers, which seem to have a habit of doing this. Also, look up the instructions for your particular router to set the Time To Live for the router so it doesn't reset so often. Also, bittorrents will fuck up your router's connection if you don't have the settings on the client set correctly.

Belkins are great routers... the TTL shouldn't need to be set on those in most cases.

That was an isolated incident - unless you can show me where it was a widespread company policy, then your argument doesn't hold water. I own a Belkin router, after suffering through Airlink and Netgear and Linksys brands, and barring one problem with the router not remembering the password for the web-based control panel (which was promptly resolved in less than a day with an email to Belkin tech support), it's performed great and was a great deal for the price.
