Cool New Post-Metal Band from Fairbanks

I think its awesome to see that Fairbanks is such a vibrant place for new and groundbreaking music, it really makes me happy to be here surrounded by so much creative energy. The man behind this gem of music (and video) is a dear colleague and friend of mine, and boy does it make me proud to see how far he has come.

just wanted to put in my thirty cents while passing by: post-metal.

I can definitely hear some Neurosis influence in there, pretty nice. Also, his use of odd meter is almost revolutionary.

I would almost go on a limb here and say that the ending (7:23-8:13) sounds a lot like King Crimson, its not a direct quote really, but definitely hinting towards Fripp.
