IMO this guy makes some of the best Deutch techno/electro that i've ever heard. a lot of his stuff is so dark and mysterious. definitely the kind of stuff you'd spin at 3AM.

also check out a dirty little track by him called "when the sun goes down".

I'm still working my way through his back catalogue, as he has quite a few 12s.

His "Das Ist Elektro" DVD/CD package is amazing stuff, great live footage.

My favourites are Die Macht and Little Computer People, but it's hard to choose just one... he makes so many good songs. 10,000 Dancer is another great track... I could go on and on...

His songs make the perfect alternate soundtrack to Wipeout HD...

i had some of his stuff, but lost it in a crash. i quite liked it.

Maybe in the future I'll upload somewhere his Viva Zwei 2step set, fucking sweet. "Simulationszeitalter" - my fav.

What's the synth on top with the green knobs? I see he's got a Roland Alpha Juno beneath it.

I was wondering the same thing.

My bet is that it's just a midi keyboard and he painted the knobs himself so that they would match with his scarf?

good to see a lot of love for this guy here. i first heard him on Dave Clarke's World Service 2. the track "when the sun goes down". first time i heard that track i was like "this is it! this is what i've been looking for!" got me all excited about techno again.

rother had amazing electro back in the days (before the popkiller album). now the sound is weird. i don't like it.

i was 17 years old when his music played so tasty, chunky... down on smaller floors where downtempo and electro djs did their best. you smoked a spliff of hash and dive into sex with the machines.

if you look at indicator's signature long enough it will sync up with the track for a few seconds.

I checked his stuff out because I heard he has the same drum machine as me (JoMoX), but I stayed for the frosty cool teutonic electron.

He doesnt look quite as cool as he sounds tho LOL
