The dreaded term... DOWNTEMPO

Surely much of Luke's non Acid and D n' B work can be characterized as downtempo. But for some reason no one ever calls his work this. I bet (for better or worse), if this label had been placed on him he would have been known by many of the same fans who like thievery and K&D and sold a shit ton more records.

Of course I wouldn't have it another way. Just an observation.

what are you talking about? Not all of lukes work is D&b.

i prefer the term to trip hop, which may at times describe the same music
