phatso's drum loops

i used to get all my breaks here - http://www.mhat.com/phatdrumloops/beats.asp back in the day and for now i haven't seen another website with an extensive drum loops collection like this (it's been a long time though and my searching skills are lacking), the only problem is they are mostly extremely low quality wave files at 22 khz or lower. Does anyone know where to get most of these loops (in a pack or on one site) but in 44.1 wave quality? even a decent encoded mp3 would be preferable over the way its done on this website.

wouldn't it be much better to create your own loops?

are they really known breaks?

I've got a Vibert set where he basically plays ALL of the classic breaks end to end like he meant for it to be sampled. I've got them all chopt in fairly good quality.

im having trouble with this rar file, inside is a bin/cue file that is for an audio cd , is that what others are finding when extracting it? the audio cd has one track only and it sounds extremely distorted.

it is an audio cd with like 30 tracks or something, pretty shitty way to pack a bunch of breaks

Theres a lot of material here and I usually layer a few together, chop them up and make new breaks. They are good quality.
