The Air Is On Fire

Anyone heard this album? The music to accompany the installation he did at the Fondation Cartier.

It's an amazing ambient droney soundscape album that in my opinion rivals the darker side of other ambient beasts like SAW2. If David Lynch was meant for anything other than film it is soundscape albums.

i think its awesome stuff. squee does this mean you went to the installation? what was it? i have no idea, i just found this looking for the song he did for the credits of surveillance, which is also a good track

is he working on new film?

just heard some clips and it sounds amazing

I saw this installation in Milan, it was quite good, except for the dismal lighting situation (the person who was responsible for that should be executed), but the soundscapes apparently went completely over my head.

Perhaps it had something to do with the fact that I was awake for more than 3 days but still...
