Google says possibly this summer for Chrome on Mac. Don't even bother with Chromium; it's way too buggy.

I must say I'm very impressed by the performance of those demo's. I'd recommend Chrome to anyone who doesn't need plugins. It's the fastest browser I've ever seen.
