For those who enjoy the KTPAs, I recommend Satanstornade by Masami Akita and Russell Haswell. It's basically an album-length hammer of deliciously unbearable noise.

The thing about noise music and ktpa* and Raster Noton is that you're making the ultimate sacrifice. You're saying, "this is the last 'music' I want to listen to in my life." The frequencies and patterns these fuckfaces come up with are not only destroying your rig, they're treating your cochleas like a springtime brush burn. Only your shit won't grow back! I've tried, you know? I've listened to every noise suggestion that came my way and after I turned the knob down to 0.25 and still got sick, I deduced that there is no sane way to listen to it. Unless you have disposable gear and have stock in Beltone.

*RDJ, naturally, makes the noise genre palatable with these tracks and the bonus high frequencies don't get too out of hand.

it's an abbreviation for "cat paw", like his cat was walking on his noise machinez, thereby creating ktpa 1 & 2.
