you mean that little break i added? yeah that snare cuts off(slicex on fl studio) say, how do you extend that? do u use more reverb?

no, i mean the eq/compression of the breaks. they just seem like they sit there, no dynamics.

nah, the track isn't fail, i like it. im just saying maybe add some compression to the drums and some volume automation and some slight eq'ing to make them punchier.

thanks for the advice. equalizing has been kinda hard for me tho :( I mainly end up making it sound really bad with it. is it my samples or fl studios?

Not your samples, there's just alot of mush going on, breaks and bass need alot of delicate EQing to come through in a hot mix. The song is good other than that. :)
