So basically I edited together these two videos in my spare time.... just finished the Comet Course one, which I started on friday.

Random+ long winded post

HELLLOOOOOOOO~~~~ im backkkkkk~

yiying ( my housemate) is now on her way back to malaysia, happily; Jesslyn, however, is being abandoned in the apartment by her own. How sad how sad.

Well, tats my iPhone~~!!I got it last Monday n it would be my bday present from myself for this year =) Ur 1st thought must be : walaueh, jesslyn is so damn rich a, buy this buy that, just in case my bro check on my blog, i have to clarify to my fellow mates that this aint a new iPhone, its a second hand phone n it has been brought in with only 350 $ =) i hv always wanted to buy an iPod Touch(397 aud) but not iPhone(600-700 aud) coz i knw i cant afford to buy it. But i was so lucky that i got a great offer and thats why im owning it now.

Heres the story, there was one week, we had a presentation n the topic was iPhone, thus, my friend borrowed his friend's iPhone so we could demonstrate n show off the phone during our presentation. When i first saw this phone, it looked so new n had zero scretches so i ask if he wants to sell his iPhone. I swear i didnt expect he would say yes but he did! He was like, yea, im planning to sell this n buy a 3G iPhone. He got this iPhone on Jan weh, not even half a year, what a rich guy. Anyway! I was so surprised n excited after knowing he wants to sell it to me with only 350 AUD~! ITS EVEN CHEAPER THAN AN iPod TOUCH LA, then my friends were like : buy buy buy jesslyn buy!! It was such a incredibly cheap offer how can i not buy it. N here it comes my iPhone. Great offer yea.

Another bday present from yarra tram, bloody hell! =...( i got caught twice for not having a valid ticket d la, i so wanna die now. MY good advice: Dun hop tram if u ever come to melbourne coz they r super smart they dont wear uniform nowadays, they act as if they r normal passengers, come to you n show u their bloody inspector I.D. like the TVB drama we watch n they have no mercy. I was super duper kiam siap but now i learnt my lesson d. I HATE YARRA TRAM STILL!

I bought this from pharmacy for its lovely color. Its label says it contains no ARTIFICIAL colors, preservatives and flavors but after drinking half a bottle i couldnt stand anymore cos its taste was super funny=> like medicine. Canto: leng yeh mou hou yeh. wasted 3 bucks.

Yesterday i had dinner with yiying, yiling, don, suyan for my early bday celebration. Thanks guys, it was really----- tipsy? hahahhaa! We had red wine at the restaurant, sparkling white at suyan's place and followed by red again! i didnt get drunk though =) I dunno whats going on with blogspot again, it takes forever to upload pics! geram lo. I ll upload more pics on the next post.

well actually I guess technically I made it because I had to for an "internship" but I had thought of the idea to do something like this with his music ever since I got into "los angeles"... I wish I was getting paid to make/market this shit virally, but na as I said... its basically for fun.

Ugh... this is annoying...

The other day this video got picked up by a ton of sites (Pitchfork even lol) as a NEW FLYING LOTUS VIDEO... lol... of course WARP got in touch with me and of course asked me to take the videos down...

but if I make a new version with text and shit that clearly states its "unofficial" and also credits nothing to WARP... wouldn't I be completely within my legal rights to post this on vimeo... even if WARP doesn't want me too?

Why can't I share my video on the internet even if it does use someone else music? Doesn't like 99% of the videos on these sites do exactly that?

Yeah good point, I am extremely grateful for all the wonderful comments I have received and yeah that Plyphon video was sick I remember.

Main thing is, I really just don't know how likely it is for someone to actually be prosecuted for copyright infringement on the net regarding free user shared videos... I mean the entire songs from the album are streamed on youtube, yet I can't make a video using clips of the songs and share it with people? Bahhhhh
