i like tortoise so i thought i might like this band what is your opinion

haven't heard much of the sea and cake but i am a big sam prekop fan

i actually prefer his self titled debut LP from '99 to any tortoise albums

who's your new profesor is also good but not nearly as good as the first

The Sea and Cake are great. Except for their album Everybody, which is a bore. Sam Prekop solo stuff is good too.
