i cant wait until a day comes when people start permanent settlements in space and other planets. of course that would mean that we would have to perfect artificial gravity, but living in space has always been a dream of mine.

and ofc i want to be able to have at least one zero-g fuck session before i die

Anyway, I used to use space stations as my desktop background a lot. Right now I have a waterfall or some junk.

Did you ever wonder what the point of the architecture of that fictional space station is? Maybe in the sci-fi future, fashion is prioritized above functionality. What's the point of having an outer ring? Wouldn't that just make it that much harder to get from A to B? Why not consolidate the compartments into a more solid unit? What about those spires? They seem a bit awkward for docking stations. Ships would gather in the top center right near the obvious control center. That's dangerous. I'm going to write a letter.

why would we have to have perfect "artificial" gravity? it's just a matter of spinning the space station. i assume you mean perfect by exactly replicating earth's gravity, but i dont think that's totally necessary
