Desert Island Luxuries

I thought about doing a Desert Island Discs thread, but there have probably been enough 'what are your favourite tracks of all time?' topics

So if you were stranded on a desert island, and you were allowed one luxury, what would it be?

rules:

must be inanimate and of no use in escaping the island or allowing communication from outside.

also, maybe we should say that everyone gets an mp3 player with all their music on, because I imagine that would be a pretty popular choice.

At the moment I'm leaning towards either a lifetime supply of good quality paper and pencils, or an enormous vat of curry.

what? Wouldn't any watmmer's answer be a solar powered computer with several terabytes of storage of video games, porn, and music making/3D software?

some utensils of a versatile art trade that I've never tried before, and will be shit at for some time, but into enough to keep at it.

Maybe like heaps of oils and brushes, or an airbrush kit with a shitload of paint.

Or even just a big wall and a truck full of tins.

A lifetime supply of books.

They'd provide me with entertainment, insights, possible ways to survive and teach me how to start a new civilization by crossbreeding myself with a giant tortoise or some other reptile.

I'd be the king of this new civilization as I'd be the one who has all the knowledge and I'll selectively make it available as I see fit.

I've had a new idea - I'd have a huge block of stone and a chisel, so I could make a big sculpture

also, I'd put loads of weird symbols on it, for all the ufo freaks to puzzle over
