OK, don't let the website put you off (you could be forgiven for thinking it was synth demo noodling from all the gear pics) - this is totally a slamming acid record

The sound is incredibly bright and punchy and the tunes are very no-nonsense. Reminds me of analogue Vibert in a good way. Like you could actually pass this off as a Vibert record, esp with the sound quality being so high.

Awesome stuff.

pity this isnt in Your Latest Creations. I just went to give it 5 stars and the star thingy isnt there

for someone who hates the 303 i approve of this release!

i like how it's done in a more classic acid style rather than just using a 303 over the top of beats, and its also recorded very nicely

i would love to hear what a musician of your skill can do with all NON-roland grooveboxes and hardware

I just find the 808 909 and 303 very uninteresting compared to a lot of other analog gear out there.

thanks for great feedback, guys! very much appreciated...

I spent 2 years working on this album

I started 60 tracks.

I also bought and sold like a fool on ebay.

most of the gear is now gone.

I kept a few, and bought some different stuff.

so... yeah, there's a "part 2" of this album

coming out in Sept/Oct, probably.

Gotta finish them

some of the unfinished tracks... I edited

and released them as a demo album.

It's free too:

It's different... but similar, ya know

ok... thanks!!

Guest Sir Winston

Listened to this last night and agree with pretty much all the above, it is very good stuff. Will be getting that other free album now, and possibly get some more from itunes when I get paid. I also plain forgot you had my fave track on the WATMM compilation so thanks for reminding me to dig that out!

Sorry gushing over. :embrassed:

ah... yep. Almost been a year since this release.

Shame it never saw a vinyl or CD version. eh..

I've sold a lot of the equipment, but bought more toys.

I'm working on new music... but doing it very slowly.

Here's some sketches of tracks I was messing with last year.

Not sure if they'll ever be finished or released., as I've

got some new ideas.

Good news is that I finally upgraded to Ableton 8...

which has me excited to get my hands dirty with writing more tracks.

ok... thanks!
