It's kinda bittersweet. HK2 certainly didn't live up to my expectations.

Quitting acting is the new cool in Hollywood. Everyone is doing it. Viggo Mortensen, Nicole Kidman, Joaquin Phoenix, Lindsay Lohan, Hayden Christensen, Michelle Rodriguez and so on. I don't really care for any of the actors except Viggo Mortensen though. His portrayel of Nikolai in Eastern Promises was brilliant.

Heck, even Nicolas Cage threatened to quit acting back in 2008 and he's still around... for better or for worse.

yeah, that was an excellent film

also quite liked Appaloosa (and a History of Violence for that matter, Ed Harris' roles are really decent as well)

yeah well Harold has a big time "serious" movie coming out like tomorrow, so he's probably gonna run screaming from HK3 to avoid typecasting anyway

but that's what made it so good - nobody expected it

if 13 had offed herself, well who wouldn't have seen that coming

Do you mean The Road? As far as I remember the post production is taking forever because the movie was too dark, so they had to re-edit it, and then there were other problems. I can't wait for The Road though. I mean, a really dark post apocalyptic movie... how about that?

Also, there are rumours that Cronenberg wants to do a sequel/prequel thingie about Viggo Mortensen's character from Eastern Promises, so let's see what happens.

my wife makes us stay in and watch it on friday night. evil.

we laugh AT the show. ilove the TITle sequence how every shot is of elisa duska (or whatever) and no one else

and how the clip before the ads is her half naked

the awakening was kinda lame

house on the other hand is so so so formulaic but somehow really really watchable and doesnt get boring.

i'm guessing kutner said hes not doing anymore starting now. so no slow leaving episodes just bam hes gone.

bam he's gone is far better than long drawn out gayness that typically happens.

but it is incredibly formulaic, each episode unfolds the same way, but like you said it's very watchable and i don't get bored.

I didn't mind the formula because Laurie is such a great performer and the show is occasionally very smart and generally just smart. However, when Cameron, Chase, and Foreman left, the new three were just utter piss and the show took a nosedive.

That must be why Kutner committed suicide in the last episode of House MD.
