Guest petr
eh i'm trying to stay up, i wanna crash at like 4 or 5 pm. im only in town for a short while and wanted to go out and have drinks with people but im just dying. coffee wont do anything and i just feel sick and wanna pass out. i think it was because i was sleeping on a FUCKING MAT on the FUCKING floor in a small ass apartment in tokyo for 3 months and i have not gotten real rest for 3 motnhs or something Mr Salads said: Ride it out you fucking pussy w/e Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/44515-all-aboard-the-lag-jet/#findComment-1007388 Share on other sites
Guest Adjective
healthy healthy food, sunlight, find some "work" to do until it's a normal bed time. i usually go out and sit at a friends if my sleep schedule is all messed up, because i can't sleep when i'm aware of other people. so i sit there until it's a normal sleepy time and then drive home, wake up in a ditch 40 miles away with a dog, feeling great Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/44515-all-aboard-the-lag-jet/#findComment-1007392 Share on other sites
Guest 277: 930-933
Take amphetamines and go out to drink. Always works for me, even when I have no jetlag. Guest Benedict Cumberbatch
i like the waking up 4am part. when i got back from my last UK trip for about 4 days i got up early and i got so much done before lunchtime. was great. i find that jetlag is fine if you're at home. easy to deal with. but when you're away then it sucks. i don't have any solutions i'm afraid. just try and stay awake till dark and eventually it'll right itself Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/44515-all-aboard-the-lag-jet/#findComment-1007429 Share on other sites
Guest A/D
it really helps me to have something external to do - if i don't have any plans, i can't ever get my shit together. if there's some kind of work you can force yourself to do, or maybe travel a little ways away from where you're staying and then don't come back until you've gotten something done. i almost never drink coffee because i don't like the way it regulates my sleep . . maybe try going off it for a bit? beneboi
the only way to cure jet lag is a preventative strike, you have to bring sleeping pills and sleep on the plane or just dont be a pussy Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/44515-all-aboard-the-lag-jet/#findComment-1008091 Share on other sites
