Guest Betty
You know what I miss? Back when home PCs were still fairly new and and Microsoft had all these really infuriatingly harsh default error noises that would repeatedly punish feeble old people didn't know how to use them. :teeth: COMPUTER CUNT RAGEFLIP Unfortunately computer rage is more rare these days. :on2long: Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/44538-software-music-friend/#findComment-1008192 Share on other sites
autopilot
Heh, I remember that. You'd head the ding or that little Windows 95 chord synth jab and your heart would just stop. Fucking computers. Shit we take for granted now. Our kids will never realize that sometimes you would lose all your work for absolutely no reason at all, and there was no secret 12 backup copies being saved in the background at all times. What is sick is some of those old SGI render rigs still sell for several hundred dollars, despite being under 300mhz pieces of shit. Probably people in Cuba or Haiti buying them like old photo copiers. I still can get $50 for a bottle of 15 year old toner lol.
