ELECTRIC PRESIDENT

a watmm search on "electric president" reveals only one passing mention of this great band.

and that is a sad thing.

their 2006 self-titled album is seriously great.

fans of modest mouse, clouddead, ben folds five, styrofoam, morr music.. will probably enjoy this.

I'm a big fan of Electric President. Their most recent album took a little while to grow on me (though the song Ether is an instant fav), but I really like it now.

Given the choice, however, I'd maybe just pick Ben's side project, Radical Face, over Electric President. He records under a lot of different names and it's worth checking his other stuff out if you haven't already.
