Doing multiple takes of my 101 to get some pads

the drums just sounded awful in the mix, but the first pad line with the layered 101's sounds amazing.

yeah i just slapped in the first 2 samples i put my mitts on and ran through Bram for repeat/reverse et.

as an experiment to see how multilayering a mono to make poly i announce success.

it takes a bit of time to do, but after doing some more tonight its sounds fucking great.

on each recording, changing envelope, filter , res makes it sound well full.

on that first bit, 2 lines were run through chorus, psp84, the others through some verb

I'd think 6 stacks of 101's would add up for some massive noise, unless you have a pristine recording studio.
