batman: the animated series

worth the purchase? i used to love this as a kid but i'm not sure i'd still enjoy... it's $79.99

I own seasons 2 and 3 and love most of the episodes, def worth it in my opinion.

Pfft... "buying" DVDs...

80 bucks... i dunno... i remember liking it as well, but 80 bucks for something that i don't know if it's stood the test of time... yeah i dunno...

christ no! I mean yeah it was a good series but thats a pretty hefty pricetag just for a nostalgia trip

This still holds up as one of my favorite animated tv shows. But I only recommend the first 3 or 4 seasons before they changed the show to "The Adventures of Batman and Robin".

I just caught Mask of the Phantasm on HBO today, forgot how awesome that generation of Batman cartoons was.
