i don't think you can

i could do it with foobar but they ended up sounding slightly different. like one was lower quality than the other.

Impulse Tracker had a wav output plugin, and i think Modplug tracker can also do it. probably easiest with Winamp Pro format converter, but i haven't tried it with IT files. should work i think

winamp can output straight to wav files, use the disk recorder plugin. then convert wav > mp3.

you have to also turn off interpolation for them to sound anything like they're supposed to.
