Steam Delays

What's with the delay in running Steam games?

I've been waiting about 10 minutes for Bioshock to start. All I see is "Connecting Steam account: ...." I'm so frustrated!

Check your internet connection? I have no such problem

I shut down the Bioshock startup and I started regular Steam. It doesn't connect, too, but I can Internet just fine. Ahg! I drank just the right amount of booze to play Bioshock and now I cannot! I'm going crazy!

just the right amount would mean you'd be able to fire up solitaire and finish off your bottle in complete bliss.

Fixed. It took 46 minutes to update. Sheesh!
