Obviously some of you will have a career on computers as in musicians, composers etc

so, any of you have any tips for working on the computer without having fatigued feeling, always tired, weak etc?

obviously it's not a very healthy career choice unless you're prepared to take time out every day and do some exercise but i'd like to know your opinions.
