i'm about to take lsd

ok so me and my mate got some liquid lsd of a pretty good dealer, known him for some time and he's gotten me good weed, tonight he got us 4 grams of liquid lsd.

the thing is, he told us to just take half of it each. I guess it's because it's diluted. my question is, is this common. the guy's pretty hardcore and we're newbies. do you have any suggestions i might not be aware of or something... just take it all and see what happens or take it easy and wait for an effect?

also, what music do you recommend for tripping?

but theres one problem. my mate doesnt have any idm on his computer. how do we solve this?

also try not to have any expectations, except for a good time. and if things get a bit too intense/unbearable, change the music.

as for music suggestions, these are my favourite acid albums/bands:

autechre - tri repetae (or any of their albums really)

mastodon - crack the skye (if you're into metal)

most ulrich schnauss stuff

saw2 (great when peaking and outside at night)

any king crimson, or pre-80s genesis, or prog rock in general

Make sure your with good people in an environment where you feel safe, and make sure that your already in a good state of mind, bad state of mind can often have bad effects, good state of mind will normally be enhanced, make sure you're relaxed and ready for the experience, anxiety isn't the best thing to have when taking acid for the first time, beer helps.

no idm! hehehe...just go to Pandora or any other playlist site and type in music you already like and see where it takes you...

Consider taking half of what he told you to take, at least to start with... with this sort of thing it's important to remember that you can always take more if you haven't had enough, but you can't untake it if you've had too much!

4. stack of DVDs

5. at least one video game console

6. safe room if someone wigs out

7. trip nurse if noobs in your party

8. if it gets too intense, go outside and look at the stars

edit : just realized you already took it and didn't want to worry you :)

smoking weed while on the peak of an LSD trip for your first time imo is a terrible idea, much better just to experience it by itself then smoke weed on the come down to relax. For me personally weed while on LSD makes the trip cloudy and more anxiety ridden

not so much the case with tryptamines unless you redose within like 30 minutes to an hour after the first ingestion. You build up tolerance extremely quickly with LSD. If you took say 50mcg at 2pm and tried to take another 50mcg at 6pm, the 2nd 50mcg dose would feel more like 25mcg because of tolerance
