Nah, I would think snuffling, just the sound of that word would indicate a respiratory function of that nose action. I think since the pace at which rabbits do that thing with their nose isn't synchronized along with their breathing means it isn't really breathing/smelling related, so snuffling doesn't seem accurate.

Google "rabbit snuffling" and you just end up with tons of articles about when rabbits actually do snuffle as in "runny nose", or sinus infections. This is something rabbits constantly, always do -- not just when they're sick.
