yeah, the cops that have the pack of hotdogs look are usually looking for any little excuse to go aggro... remarkably patient, these chaps were. however, i have a feeling they had an ulterior motive -- they were surrounded 360 degrees by video cameras, and they probably weren't keen to have videos of them wrestling some naked tiny-penised man all over youtube. it's the kind of thing the boys down at the station won't ever let you forget about. so it was like... uh, pleeease put your clothes on, don't make me do this? but, once he forced their hand (really, he did) they just rolled with the LOL and busted out the tazers.
