macintosh "sam" speech synbthesizer for pc?

i think its called sam anyway...you know the popular mac speech synthesizer sound...like in radioheads fitter happier, and many others. im on pc right now...and i want to be able to copy large amounts of text from websites, and process them into "Sam" or something of similar quality, so i can go to work and listen to giant webpages on my ipod

im aware of fruity loops speech synth as well as the default windows one, and i have to say i think they are both crap

as a bonus, ill eventually be synthesizing classic watmm threads and getting them all cleaned up and available for download...if that makes you want to help me more...

sam is the name of the microsoft version (unless they're both called sam?)

control panel > voice

you get a choice of 3...LH Michael, LH Michelle, Microsoft Sam

Yeah the old Apple one really had a definitive sound, the nearest I've found to the one used on 'Fitter Happier' is the built in Amiga speech engine.

ok well then i guess just a vst with a little text box would be fine if the sound wasnt too horrible. i dont want to to sound like a fly, or a creepy child, just a normal male/female or robot voice

also on a slightly differnet topic, im also looking to somehow abstract the audio file from videos i download off of google video and youtube with the realplayer download video function, i imagine this cant be too hard.
