chaosmachine
I got a 32" 1080p sony bravia for $650 on sale. KDL-32VL140 I use it as a computer monitor. Got it from Futureshop, which is the same as BestBuy. It's actually the same hardware as their top end model in a cheap looking bezel and with the 120hz feature disabled. Joyrex
Take a look at LG's LCDs and plasmas... you can get some real good deals with their products. Visio also makes some decent low-end HDTVs. chaosmachine said: I got a 32" 1080p sony bravia for $650 on sale. KDL-32VL140 I use it as a computer monitor. What maximum resolution can you run on it? 1920x1080. Currently using a $12 mini displayport to HDMI adapter from monoprice.com. It's pixel-perfect. The dot pitch is pretty high compared to a normal monitor, which is nice if you're trying to save your eyesight, or you like having your screen more than a few inches away.
