Arsenal vs Manchester United

Tonight is, for me, the biggest game of the season. Probably the biggest game at the Emirates stadium so far (arsenal's new home ground).

I am quite shitting my pants, as an Arsenal fan, we played terrible in the first leg, and we need to not conceed tonight, but I think it's going to be difficult not to..

I know Gary is an Arsenal fan, as well as a few others, so I hope you're equally as nervous as I am.

I missed the first leg because I was working. Didn't even watch the highlights after I'd heard how much we'd been destroyed.

i dunno, i think they have a good chance. wouldn't say they were that terrible in the first leg, but i was pretty drunk by the second half.

first half, utd were really sharp, we didn't press them nearly as much as we normally would, so we just sat back too much, let them play their football and they dominated

second half they were a little tired, we had our chances, about 2 or 3, but nothing decent

we need to press like anything tonight, we need RVP playing just off the striker so we have a little genius upfront, something we lacked last week.

RVP can win this game for us, he will be the difference in our attack, i swear.

i remember the first half being utd attacking well until the goal, then arsenal kept possession better but didn't bother making any attempts on goal (just one), utd didn't do much for a bit, then i was drunk

What really needs to happen is for Arsenal to score more goals than Manchester United.

Very excited about the game tonight, I think its going to be a really good game, and I am a little nervous we didnt get a few more goals in the first leg. I've a lot of time for Wenger and this'll be a toughie.

And Man Utd are not a boring team to watch, that crown has been Chelsea's for a good while now. The passing and movement in the last third is always entertaining, and theres been some great games this season ie. against Villa, Chelsea and even the 4-1 Liverpool game which had me totally depressed

Last weeks match I watched at the pub because I don't have SKY and the place was packed with Man U fans, most of whom were students... it was funny to only hear me screaming for arsenal with the very little chances we had...

Fuck, if we lose tonight I'll be gutted because I won't hear the fucking end of it from all my friends... (alot of them are utd and liverpool fans)

We were lucky to have escaped the first leg only a goal down. I'm going to be up all night doing an essay so a win will be my only hope of any happiness in the next 24 hours, come on the gooners!
