On the same subject of things which may have been posted before:

just bought the sonic mega collection for 360 so i dont really need this.

comes with all sonic games, all golden axe, all of streets of rage, something like 40 ish titles and so far most of them are pretty awesome

I really need some more games..I've only got about a dozen or so

update: beat Brazil 17-1 (I was Denmark)....can't believe they scored..it was clearly offside

can't you just get every single sega game as a rom?

They have consoles now too that have both Genesis and NES slots so you can play both on it. My buddy has one, its called a GNTwin.

i re-bought a megadrive few years ago. it came with nearly dozen games and cost only 20 euro. :)

Thats a good point LUDD. I have one of those in full working order too, Donkey Kong, F-Zero and all of them old classics, fucking awesome console.

I dont hook up my old systems these days because Im afraid of breaking them, especially the modded ones. Instead I got several ROM systems. I'm like most of you and haged anything but the real thing till managing it all got to be too much of a pain. Just keeping the cartridges clean was a regular chore.

My ROM systems are stellar though. The SNES one has well over a thousand games and real SNES controllers that have been refurbed so the control pads are not entirely shot. I still have one SNES hooked up though, mainly for NBA Jam.

MAME takes the cake for me though. Metal Slug, Raiden Fighters Jet, so many great titles.

Yeah, I had those floppy-disk drive addons for both the SFC/SNES and MD/Genesis... used to have loads of games... this was before home PCs were powerful enough to accurately emulate the consoles.

I wish I still had my NEO·GEO console - I had to sell it and all 38 of my games for my first proper car... There's games I had that I could have sold the one and bought two of my first car! Fuck.

Oh well, that's what emulation is for!

is there an xbox 360 rom thing? i remmeber on the 1st xbox you coukd play snes emulaters through some hacking?
