Looking for a good softsynth/vst for bass sounds.

Anyone know of a good app for seriously mental bass?

is albino actually that good for bass? ive spent months learning how to tease some spectacular pad sounds out of it but i havent really explored the bass.

Albino's pretty much good for everything isn't it really? My favourite VST so far, easy interface and versatile. Not the anal messing around with a complex matrix and everything (like Arpe2600 or something).

i find myself using Fabfilter twin 2 for all synths lately

NI Massive for some crazy fucking bass.

I've been meaning to try out twin 2. Its supposed to be very nicely designed. I've played with Twin 1 and it has excellent filters and design but I couldn't justify the money.

i bought a second hand computer to write tunes with off someone, it came with a legal copy of massive but every time i use it it crashes itsself and whatever DAw im using aswell as soon as i try and alter the sound from the initial buzzy noise.

Holy crap, I just dug out Massive again and it's fucking brutal.

FF2 is cool
