My favorite from Polygon Window.

I like portreath harbour most. i just got this cd in the mail a week or so ago

In my top 5 songs ever, fighting for 2nd place with Xtal; both of course coming in place after Alberto Balsalm.

This would have been the first Aphex track I heard, and I didn't even know at the time. It was on a compilation called The Positiva Ambient Collection, which I found secondhand when I was young and without music.

polygon window definitely is the best track

IIRIM is awesome, but what makes the album for me is the portreath harbour -> redruth school -> quino-phec set (even though the second transition is a bit sudden.)

edit: all it really needs is some extra space so quino-phec can just fade in.

WTF?!!! I just realized I have never heard anything from the quoth EP. I had this aching feeling that there was something in the aphex discography I was missing out on and I'm pretty sure this is it. I guess I just assumed that quoth only had tracks from SOSW on it. FUCK!!

This could be 'jazzband', but I've recently noticed that the picture on the inside cover (Richard running down some stairs) has a bunch of tiny letters hidden everywhere... Anyone else seen those? Any idea if they spell anything?

I noticed the same thing on the cover to 'Incunabula' but they actually form coherant sentences on there.

The packaging for the Artificial Intelligence series is really stellar all around.

don't sweat it, I hadn't heard of those either tracks until a couple of months ago

as for surfing on sine waves: quino-phec remains my all time fav

this song reminds me of soap operas

i still like it tho

also candyman was a pretty bad ass movie for its time
