Philips PMC 100 Composer

I've seen one of these for sale on a forum, 25 euros. It's pretty rare I reckon.

There's almost no information about it on the net, lots of people don't even know how to properly use it I think, because they don't have a manual or anything.

Does anybody have one of these? Or know more about this synth?

yeah, when I checked that forum again, it was already gone, I was only a few minutes late. I don't think it's that useful though, but it went for only 25 euros.

at first I thought it might be a tape sampler which would be amazing in such an 80s-looking box

pretty hard ta get good things going wid it

but can be really fun once ya getcha head round it

it looks so festive i can't help but smile, i can only hope the sound has similar characteristics

really good ta run a signal through it, use the onboard mic + have a tape playing in the background dirty's ya sound roight up. + love that they put guitar strap thingys on it

found another one of these things for 25 euros, bought it, nice quirky synth to take with me whilst traveling I reckon

yes please let us hear it, i would love to get ahold of one of these. I want to do some classic fm general midi composing without using samples. Saskrotch had a good idea of buying an older laptop that has a Yamaha OPL3 chip still on the sound card, i might copy his idea if i can't get ahold of one of these
