Here in the Netherlands we say Dr. Ootkurr.

But all of the sudden, straight out of the goshdarn cunting blue, the commercials started saying Dr. Uttkurr instead of Ootkurr.

This happened a few weeks ago probably NAD NOONE KNPWS WHY!!
