Milh - Not for Three's

Hi,

Does anybody know what's being said in the track, 'Milh' on the Not for Three's album?

There are various different Robot-type voices saying something towards the end....

Anyone have any clue???

All i can make out is, "...once again exactly as it did so long ago, except this time..."

after that bit i think its

exactly at this time we will not allow.....after that its a bit hard to make out
