Has anyone done this?

 

Every time I try to upload a video that's just a picture and a song, it never, ever, ever processes it for High Quality mode. But I've seen it done on some peoples' channels where the video is just like some text of the artist and song and year, and the HQ button is available.

 

I even tried having it slightly-zoom-in the picture over the course of the video, thinking that a certain amount of motion in the video will coax the High Quality option into being available, but no luck.

yeah, thats annoying, but at least you can still turn it on by adding the fmt=18 tag into the address bar.
