Then comes the trailer. Looks like a poor Charlie Kaufman ripoff. Might get interesting though.

The last scene in the trailer made me laugh.

I think the poster is more than just coincidentally similar to being john malkovich

seems like a Charlie Kaufman type film... also it's a debut for the write/director... I'd like to check it out.

I really liked Sideways, but everything else he's played in that I watched was pretty mediocre. Has he been in any good films besides Sideways?

Man on the Moon and I hear American Splendor is pretty good but I haven't watched it.

i'm so sick of paul giamatti. also this definitely reminds me of being john malkovich and not in a good way if thats possible. the dancing blonde chick looked pretty good though.

American Splendor is pretty good but I haven't watched it.

lovely film.. especially if you are a fan of Harvey Pekar... I liked him in Storytelling too.

Also, Emily Watson is in this movie and she was in Synecdoche New York which the Cold Souls trailer also reminds me of...
