Park Ave (Erothyme's Metropolitan Moxy Mix)

Technically a remix of The Disco Biscuits, as I sampled a couple synthlines in the background, but it's 99% original material.

Did this for a contest. Thought you guys would enjoy it. 8D

I found the whole thing a bit poppy and flashy for my tastes...but in a critical sense, the production is flawless, I'd say you've achieved a level of production quality akin to most pop electronica producers, so kudos on that

I should also go ahead and comment that there was a significant degree of irony for me in producing a poppish track and that it's not normally my angle, hahahaha.

It was fitting, though. The song doesn't even try to be subtle about the fact that it's about urban decay.

i like it! i've been kinda getting into using autotune as an idm effect recently, so this is pleasing to my ears. my only complaint is that it's a bit repetitive, it could use a chorus or something, but besides that it's pretty awesome.

Score! 1st place, backstage pass to Camp Bisco and a few hundred dollars worth of production-related goodies.
