yeah...i`m kinda digging this (db92)

reminds me of the beloved or some other 1990 softronica

(in a totally good way)

would like to see more developement/variation of the melody

listening to again.....

the bass line is really pleasing me

Mmm up until those pads kicked I was thinking that this track was a bit boring. One those pads arrived they made this tune quite listenable. Its kinda a bit repetative. Production is tight though. Sounds like you are using the real instruments i.e a 303 and/or 606 or something. Mmm not bad though, not bad. Maybe a 5th layer would have been good - you know some detroit like soft strings or something or something else. Feels like I 5th layer would have been a good addition. Quite pleasant though.

Oh to answer your question about my track. You're not going to believe it but I used the basic GM Sounds from my Creative Soundblaster PCI 128 card - very shitty sounds indeed. :laughing:

Yes it's a 606 with a Syntecno Teebee and nord lead for the pad.

Can't believe you used GM from the soundblaster for that pad; that's nice work, very old school sounding pad.
